These Terms govern your use of the digital loyalty cards provided by Perkfull on behalf of participating merchants. By signing up for a card, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
Perkfull provides digital loyalty cards that let you collect stamps or points and receive rewards from the merchant whose program you joined. Perkfull is the technology provider; the merchant is responsible for the rewards, offers and their terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to sign up. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Rewards
- Rewards, offers and any expiry dates are set by the merchant and may change or end.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the merchant states otherwise.
- Stamps, points and rewards obtained through fraud or error may be voided.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend cards involved in fraud or abuse.
Messages & notifications
Perkfull sends transactional messages (such as verification codes) as part of the service. Marketing messages, offers, wallet-pass updates and push notifications are sent by, and on behalf of, the merchant whose program you joined — that merchant is responsible for their content and frequency, and Perkfull only delivers them. You receive marketing messages only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time from your card.
Termination & your data
You may delete your data and cards at any time from your card’s “Details” panel. If a merchant closes its program or leaves the platform, your card for that program stops working and its data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access where required to protect the service or comply with law.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Perkfull is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for rewards or offers provided by merchants. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
